I’m Jessica, owner of The Urban Stem Flower Bloom Bar & Event Planning. I grew up in rural East Canton, Ohio, but moved to Texas in 1996 after graduating from Ohio University. Over the years, while raising my two boys alongside my husband Chris, of 24 years, pursuing my career in Parks & Recreation Operations Management/special event planning and other operation management roles, I have maintained my love for flowers and my creative expression through floral design. Whether it’s a small get-together, full scale party, themed event or a corporate event. Common events included Bridal/Baby Showers, Mother/Daughter Teas, Birthday Parties, Anniversary Parties, Homecoming & Prom Brunch/Activities, Corporate events, Grand Openings, Church Events, Women’s Events, Retreats, Teacher Appreciation, Client Appreciation, and Open Houses. We will stock our flower bar trailer, cart, or station with buckets of beautiful blooms to be given away as favors/gifts or sold by the stem. Yes! it is 100% customizable, but we will offer suggestions for the look and budget you have in mind What is the cost to rent the Bloom bar trailer, cart or station? The cost is based on an hourly rate of $175 with a two-hour minimum if the bar will be staffed, $50 for every hour after. Without staff, bloom bar is $150.00 per hour (applies only to the cart, not the trailer), with a two-hour minimum plus the cost of flower stems and/or bud vase versus wrapped bouquets. The cost of flowers is determined by, client's budget, the type of flowers, and the number being serviced at your event. Is there a charge for delivery? Events outside the 76244 zip code (North Fort Worth) will incur a $1.75 per mile round trip. Is a Deposit required? For a staffed bloom bar, your minimum 2-hour rental fee ($350 for the trailer, $300 for the cart) serves as your non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. If you choose to book the bloom bar cart and it will be a unstaffed, there is a $500 refundable deposit. The remainder is required 1 week prior to the event. All rentals booked less than 1 week before must be paid in full. How far in advance do you need my reservation? To ensure that we can get all of the product ordered, we need orders a minimum of 72 hours prior to the rental date. Does the trailer require electricity or water?
